Yes, people can see whose in the group, but only if you manage to find the page. 
Nothing you post/like will show up on your feed for your friends to see. The only way to get in is to have an admin approve you.
We have it like this cause not everyone on the neotag has each other on facebook.

It’s been horrible.
The VP of the company I work for is in and has been such a bitch to me for no reason. She even took away some of my shifts to give to herself :(
